OFFICIAL LETTERS

To apply for an English proficiency letter, recommendation letter, or reference letter, please use this form.



For letter requests, you will need to apply by writing an application letter directed to the Registrar stating the letter required (proficiency, recommendation or reference).



Provide your name (please make sure this matches the name on your certificate), your matric number, the year you were admitted, the year you graduated, the course of study you took, the college you attended, your sex, the purpose of the letter, and the address where it should be sent. (The entire address of the agent, if you are mailing something to your agent, or the school).



Kindly Attach the letter and payment evidence to the form before submission.
